Synthesis of Ligand-Exchange chiral stationary phases based on N-substituted derivatives of aminoalkohols as a chiral selectors and their application in HPLC separation of enantiomers.

Evaluation of efficiency of the chiral columns and the influence of concentration of copper (II) ions, pH of the mobile phase, column temperature and organic modifier addition on the chromatographic system.

Domains of applications:

Chiral Ligand-Exchange columns are enantioselective toward amino acids, aminoalkohols, amines and are useful in determination of enantiomeric purity of some biologically active compounds.
