Research profile:

Developing of dry and semi dry test based mainly on colorimetric reactions from laboratory to technical scale.

It involved:

· initial investigations,

· developing of test in laboratory scale,

· examinations of stability, repeatability, accuracy and correlations with other methods,

· examinations of the new tests in “out of laboratory” conditions

· technological development up to ¼ technical scale of tests production

· developing tests production technology

Tests are intended for determinations of different analytes (compounds or ions) in biological matrix such as blood, plasma, urine, milk, saliva or in water solutions.

Domains of applications:

Biological fluids analysis for medicine (containing patients self-control and therapeutic drug monitoring), biology, food control (industrial, quality control, and control by individual consumer). Environmental fast control (screening control) of impurities in water, control of impurities in vegetables. Semi quantitative analyses of ions in chemical laboratories.
